House rules1. Key policy Loss of key Student Experience will charge you € 25 for every lost or damaged key. Visitors For your own safety and that of our fellow guests, we want to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing the building. Every guest has their own key card for the room and common areas. You have to notify your visitor(s) in advance of your room number and pick them up from the lounge at all times. 2. Nuisance Please mind the other guests and keep calm in the common areas, stairs, elevators, hallways and your room. Normal use of the room and facilities will not lead to a nuisance. If we receive complaints, we will give a warning first. If the nuisance continues, you will get a fine of € 50. A serious nuisance will be reported to the police and may end in termination of your stay. You are responsible for the behavior of your visitor(s), so make them aware of our rules. 3. Smoking policy Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas outside of the complex. Smoking in the room and common areas is prohibited, which includes the use of e-cigarettes and vapes. Because of fire safety, smoking on the roof is not allowed. If you're caught smoking in an area where smoking is prohibited, we will charge you a € 50 fine. You are responsible for the behavior of your visitor(s), so make them aware of our rules. </span> If you cause the fire alarm to go off wrongly, we will also charge you. 4. Drugs policy Trading or using drugs in the complex is strictly prohibited. If you get caught using drugs in the complex, we will charge you a € 50 fine. If you get caught using hard drugs, we will notify the police and press charges without prior notification. You are responsible for the behavior of your visitor(s), so make them aware of our rules. 5. Communal areas Use of the communal areas The communal areas are accessible and open to all guests, and publicly accessible during the day. The lounge and gardens may be used until 12 AM. Please keep the noise down and mind other guests, especially after 10 PM. If we receive complaints about nuisance, the security officer can ask you to leave the area. Please clean up after yourself. The private dining room can be used after making a reservation at the reception. It's not allowed to organize parties in any of the communal areas without permission from Student Experience. It's not allowed to enter the service area, technical rooms or other private rooms in use by Student Experience. Meeting room/study room You can use the study room 24/7. Please clean up after yourself. Rooftop facilities The rooftop facilities are open between 9 AM and 10 PM. There's a maximum of 50 people on the rooftop. Because of fire safety, smoking on the rooftop is prohibited. Self-service laundromat Student Experience has a 24/7 self-service laundromat where you can wash and dry your clothes for a fee. You can use the machines through an app and pay using your credit or debit card. You don't need to wait for your laundry, but we kindly request that you remove your laundry when the program is finished. Other guests are allowed to remove your laundry and place it in one of the Student Experience laundry baskets once the machine is finished. Please don't leave your own laundry basket or bag in the laundromat. The machines are regularly cleaned. Make sure you remove any excess soap or dust from the machines after your wash. Detergent and fabric softener are automatically added to the laundry. Adding your own is not permitted and may cause stains in your or the next person's laundry. Student Experience is not liable for any loss, theft, and/or damage of your belongings. Bicycle parking There's a bicycle parking at floor -1. Bicycles parked anywhere else or outside the racks will be removed. You're not allowed to take your bicycle to your studio. Parking your bicycle is at your own risk. Vehicle parking Paid parking is available in the parking garage of Student Experience. Cleaning service For environmental reasons, rooms are cleaned every two weeks. For short stays (less than one month), cleaning is done weekly. Pets Pets are not allowed in the complex for hygiene reasons and to prevent nuisance. This also includes temporarily keeping pets or bringing other people's pets to the complex. Letting someone else use the room It's not allowed to let anyone else in the room without registering them at reception. Check-in and check-out Check-in time is from 2 PM on the arrival date. Check out is at 12 PM on the departure date. For early check-in and late check-out, please contact reception for availability and prices. 6. Duty manager A duty manager is present in the complex between 6 AM and 10 PM. The duty manager's phone number (+34 628 648 984) is available at reception. 7. Security A security officer is available in the complex between 10 PM and 6 AM. For urgent situations, the security officer is available at +34 628 648 984. For less urgent situations, you can contact the duty manager during the daytime. 8. CCTV Cameras secure the complex 24/7. All cameras are signed appropriately.
